At Solaris Japan, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fashion purchases; if you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Solaris Japan account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, protective bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Tokyo Hub

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our inspection team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
